Tree removal

Some trees were removed along the banks of the first pond.

Last week, a new fountain was installed in the second pond. Contrary to prior years, a larger fountain was used.

The first attempt at offspring did not come to fruition: the eggs ended up in the water (perhaps as a result of this weekend's rain storm?).
